(IND) ANALYST III, TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS
Position Summary...Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

What you'll do...

This team focuses on that and, areas such as strategic portfolio acceleration, cross-segment tech enablement, tech talent experience (TTX), portfolio foundations and technology business operations.  

IDC EA team works closely with onsite activation leads to resolve Workfront tickets, covering various phases of campaign lifecycle activities.

IDC EA team handles a few campaigns end-to-end with minimal or no intervention from activation leads. Here are the additional responsibilities while managing these campaigns. 

What You’ll Do  

  

Conduct Creative Hand-off QA by reviewing creatives, landing pages, and copy documents to ensure all information is accurate and aligned with channel guidelines. 

Set up campaigns in Minerva and generate source IDs. 

Set up campaigns in DCM/CM 360 and generate tags. 

Set up campaigns in partner channels such as Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads and Bing Ads etc. 

Perform QA on campaign setups before activation or going live. 

Take post-launch screenshots and update them on launch trackers. 

Support the team with various campaign-related reports to help analyze daily or weekly campaign performance. 

Participate in tactical plan, CDC specification check meetings with MSP (Planning Team) and PubW (Ad Agency) to ensure campaign alignment and accuracy. 

Review media plan and incorporate EA inputs, which includes campaign, ad set naming conventions. 

Verify assets, landing page details, copy documents and promptly communicate if any discrepancies to the relevant teams. 

Ensure timely setup of campaigns on respective ad platforms, adhering to planned schedules. 

Share ad preview links with PubW and activate campaigns as per the strategic plan. 

Conduct daily pacing verification to monitor campaign performance and adjust daily budgets accordingly. 

Launch new ads as per the CDC to ensure optimal campaign execution. 

Share delivery metrics with PubW and EA Activation leads to keep stakeholders informed on campaign progress. 

Communicate launch activities with PubW and EA leads to maintain transparency and coordination. 

Participate in weekly sync meetings with PubW to discuss ongoing activities and updates. 

Perform monthly budget optimizations and update the EA budget tracker to ensure efficient use of overall budget. 

Prepare end-of-campaign reports and insights, sharing them with PubW and EA leads to provide comprehensive performance analysis. 

What You’ll bring

Bachelor's Degree with 3-8 yrs of experience in relevant skills and technologies.

Hands on experience with Ads Operation Tasks 

Hands on Campaign Management experience 

Experience of working on Native Social Media platforms like META, TikTok, Pinterest etc. 

Excellent Stakeholder management skills 

Excellent spoken & written communication skills 

Good Soft Skills 

Sprinklr Tool skill 

Experience of working on SEM campaigns 

Experience writing insights and recommendations
