People Tech & Services Team: 

The People Tech & Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team spanning across several pillars like Contact Center, Data Services, Recruitment Services, Technology Operations and Employment Services. This Bangalore based team collaborates and works together with our colleagues based out of Bentonville (Arkansas) creating benchmarks around customer service delivery and superior associate experience. Employment services team focuses on handling requests related to Unemployment claims, Earnings/Employment verifications, and Wage Audits.

Our speed, accuracy, and on-time delivery of associate centric solutioning enables us to create the right mix of performance and agility in our daily operations. Our focus continues to bring in bright and fresh talents thereby ensuring a high-octane culture.

What will you do:

Process Unemployment Claims: Review and process unemployment claims following the process outlined on respective knowledge base/SOPMeet Deadlines: Ensure all claims and information requests are processed within the required timeframes to avoid delays.Gather Information: Collect necessary information from stores and other relevant contacts to support claims processing.Work with State Agencies: Communicate with state agencies to resolve issues, respond to requests for information, and ensure compliance with regulations.Team Player: Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Ensure to process the required no. of claims and tasks while ensuring detail and accuracy.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information related to payroll etc.  Contribute to process efficiency via continuous improvement ideas 

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in any field. (Preferably HR/Business Administration, or a related field.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Must be willing to work in US hours.  Excellent oral and written communication is a must Makes sound judgment and promote a customer/member focused environmentFlexible working in different shifts including night shifts.Possesses strong written and verbal communicationYou inspire commitment through communication and influence and demonstrate adaptability while thinking and acting strategically.You proactively lead volunteer activities, programs, and initiatives to improve the community.You build and sustain internal and external relationships.
