Job Description:
The Services Incubation Program Manager drives the end‑to‑end incubation lifecycle for new and improved service offerings—discovering opportunities, running pilots/proofs‑of‑concept, validating delivery models, and transitioning successful capabilities into scalable, standard operations. This role is the connective tissue across Lifecycle Strategy, Services PLM, Delivery Enablement, and Digital Strategy to ensure new services land smoothly and measurably improve customer outcomes
1) Opportunity Discovery & Incubation Pipeline
Identify and incubate high‑impact service opportunities; define hypotheses, scope, and success criteria.Pilot and validate new delivery models and processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.2) Pilot Execution, Measurement & Scale‑Up
Lead pilots/POCs end‑to‑end (initiation → execution → measurement), using data‑driven KPIs to inform go/no‑go decisions.Transition successful pilots into standard operations, partnering with Delivery to operationalize processes, SLAs, tooling, and handoffs.3) Operational Readiness & Change Management
Create and maintain standardized delivery playbooks and certification/readiness programs for launches and lifecycle initiatives.Execute change‑management and adoption plans; oversee readiness metrics and continuous‑improvement feedback loops.4) Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Lifecycle Strategy and Services PLM on offer design alignment and adoption/retention playbooks.Work with Experience Design and Delivery Digital Strategy to connect delivery knowledge with customer‑facing platforms and automation pilots.5) Portfolio & Process Innovation
Operate and improve the intake → build → execute → measure → assess workflow for incubation requests and outcomes.Coordinate tooling integrations and steward supporting portals/processes as needed.6) Program Governance & Reporting
Define processes, controls, reporting, and overall program management; monitor milestones, timelines, and budgets; manage risk and stakeholder communications.Experience and Requirements:
