We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Inclusion Specialist** to help bring our purpose, values, and culture to life. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our inclusion and employee engagement goals—supporting programs, policies, and experiences that help create a workplace where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed.
The Inclusion Specialist partners closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to support the execution of inclusion initiatives, analyze data and insights, and promote awareness and engagement across the organization. **What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Support the development and execution of inclusion programs, campaigns, and events that reinforce our purpose and values.
+ Partner with HR, Communications, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to coordinate key moments, campaigns, events, and recognition opportunities.
+ Maintain and manage the employee engagement and events calendar to keep employees informed, connected, and inspired.
+ Bring our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life through thoughtful programming and storytelling.
+ Analyze culture survey results and collaborate with business areas to develop and implement meaningful action plans.
+ Partner with the Data Analytics team to analyze hiring, promotion, and retention data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Gather, track, and analyze data related to workforce inclusion initiatives and outcomes.
+ Support Employee Resource Groups by helping coordinate activities, communications, and engagement efforts.
+ Assist with research and benchmarking of inclusion best practices and competitor approaches to inform recommendations and continuous improvement.
+ Partner with HR to support recruitment outreach efforts and inclusive hiring practices.
+ Contribute to initiatives that strengthen diverse talent pipelines and enhance the candidate and employee experience.
**What You’ll Bring**
+ 3–5 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, Employee Experience, or a related function (financial services experience preferred).
+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholder groups.
+ Data literacy and comfort working with surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools.
+ A passion for inclusion, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $133,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on the level and functional area of responsibility.

**Data Gathering and Reporting:** Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
