Job Title: Inbound Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on converting inbound leads and supporting prospective Delivery partners through the onboarding process. The successful candidate will engage in consultative sales calls, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet or exceed key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Delivery partners.Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs and present the value of a new Last Mile Delivery Program.Guide partners through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program.Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.

Essential Skills

2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or tech.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.

Work Environment

The role operates Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with a hybrid work model allowing two days a week in the office. Employees enjoy a long-term contract with eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
