About this team

Inbound logistics origin team is overseeing the Global Transportation from manufacturing factory locations to distribution center locations worldwide including North America, Europe, and Asia. The goal for the team is to ensure the shipment will be delivered to the right place on schedule according to our business needs.

A day in the life: Accountable for origin booking management, ensure integrity and support possible data entries if needed.Support and execute Transportation Management System (TMS) within region.Facilitate origin logistics with finished-good vendors and logistics service providers to achieve basic daily operations smoothly.Ensure booking integrity including accuracy and timelinessFollow up and ensure logistics service providers’ s loading and consolidation plan to be compliance with company’s guidelines.Understand origin spend and localized export procedures of all logistics activities which included airfreight, ocean freight as well as multimodal shipping mode.Highly collaborative spirit working with our origin vendors, production team and service providers.Establish and enhance good relationship with all related stakeholders.Able to flag any irregularities to line manager for support or escalation
Qualifications:3 years plus working experience within logistic operations. Having well understanding about logistics market in Vietnam and more is a plus.University graduate in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or related disciplines is preferred.Excellent Excel skill and other Microsoft office applications, with experience using Infor Nexus is a plus.Excellent command in Vietnamese and English
