Inbound Call Center Representative

*Must be available to work Saturdays from 8am – 1pm CST*
As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role for our Patient Support Department, which is our first point of contact for our patients to call in and seek information and ask questions regarding their services and orders with us here at Aveanna.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy! Whether you have experience in this industry or are brand new, our tailored training will provide you with the tools and skillset to navigate the ever-changing healthcare industry. This role is extremely important, as you will be the first person they speak with to properly represent Aveanna and our values.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environmentMinimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare)High-school diploma or GEDAs an employer accepting Medicare and Medicaid funds, employees must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons as appropriate.
