Role summary

Focus on MLOps: evaluation harnesses, RAG performance, experiment tracking, and operational robustness.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Bedrock models (Claude, embeddings) and RAG pipelines for SAKS data.

• Build eval suites for regression testing of agents (test sets, scoring, guardrail checks).

• Automate deployment, rollback and configuration management for models/agents.

• Monitor token usage, cost, and performance; propose optimizations.

• Support incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement of agent behaviors.

Must‑have skills

• Experience with MLOps / LLMOps tools and practices; exposure to eval/guardrail tooling.

• Solid Python skills and comfort with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).

• Understanding of experimentation, A/B tests, and data quality checks

Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fields.

Mandatory Skill Sets
