Responsibilities 

CI/CD Pipelines: Building, maintaining, and optimizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for automated testing and deployment. 

Infrastructure Management: Provisioning, managing, and monitoring cloud or on-premise infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) 

Automation: Automating tasks across the SDLC, from code commits to production releases, using scripting and tools. 

Monitoring & Logging: Implementing monitoring solutions to track application performance, system health, and identify issues proactively. 

Collaboration: Working closely with developers, QA, and IT teams to break down silos and improve communication. 

Security: Integrating security practices (DevSecOps) into the pipeline to ensure systems are secure.  

Key Skills & Qualifications 

Tools: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

Scripting: Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) for automation. 

Operating Systems: Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix environments. 

Methodologies: Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.  

Typical Duties 

Develop and maintain tools for developers and operations. 

Analyze data to optimize existing systems and processes. 

Plan projects and participate in release management decisions. 

Troubleshoot technical issues and deploy fixes 

Mandatory Skill Sets

· ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching)

· Proven experience in agile coaching across multiple teams or departments

· Strong facilitation, mentoring, and training skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skill Sets Agile Coach ( FS domain)

Years of Experience required - 4 to 8 years 

Education Qualification:B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.E/M.Tech
