About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AEM Author to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The AEM Author will work closely with content strategists, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Create, edit, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

· Manage digital assets, web pages, and content components to ensure consistency and quality.

· Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to execute content updates and campaigns.

· Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.

· Perform quality checks, proofreading, and validation of published content.

· Assist in testing website functionality after updates or releases.

· Maintain proper content structure, taxonomy, and metadata tagging.

· Support localization and translation workflows for multilingual content.

· Troubleshoot basic content-related issues within AEM.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an AEM Author or Web Content Author.

· Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager and digital content workflows.

· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing standards.

· Familiarity with SEO principles and content accessibility guidelines.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Experience with digital asset management and content localization is a plus.
