Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As an In-Room Dining Captain, you would be responsible for assisting management in the delivery and service of food and beverage items to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provide supervision including, but not limited to, ensuring order rotation among servers and ensuring guest satisfactionSet up room service trays and tables to prepare for incoming ordersRetrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, retrieve food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting roomsServe meals to guests, collect guest trays and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPresent checks to guests and obtain paymentReturn payments/signed checks to order takerRespond to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient mannerPerform order taker duties and answer room service telephone, as neededServe alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
