In Room Dining Captain

A In Room Dining Captain assists the Supervisor with activities coordination of the guest services team to deliver an excellent experience while supporting the team and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.


What will I be doing?

As an In‑Room Dining Captain, you will oversee the organization, coordination, and performance of the In‑Room Dining team while ensuring high service standards for all guests and clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key ResponsibilitiesDistribute daily assignments such as tables, stations, and tasks to team members.Request additional staff from the cooperating company based on operational demand.Identify operational needs within the department and communicate them promptly to the Supervisor.Ensure compliance with procedures by following and monitoring the departmental checklists.Coordinate team performance to maintain consistent service quality at all times.Assist with transferring goods and materials between service areas as required.Support the Supervisor with administrative tasks and assist in developing and guiding the team.Monitor and track monthly Food & Beverage inventory to support accurate reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following experience will be an advantage:

Previous experience in a hotel environmentExperience in a similar supervisory or captain role
