About our property:

What you will have an opportunity to do:

The In-Room Dining Busperson is responsible for returning room service equipment from guest floors and public areas of hotel via a cart to appropriate ware washing area in order to keep public areas presentable. Also, sort / clean tables and trays so equipment is available for future orders. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

Retrieve room service equipment (including but not limited to trays, linen and trash) from guest floors, foyers and public areas, lifting, loading and carrying trays weighing up to 50 lbs., or pushing wheeled carts to sort items at ware wash area. 

Clean tables and trays being careful not to break or damage any tableware. Return condiments and other equipment to proper storage areas. 

Assist food servers in setting up trays and tables so as to be ready for incoming orders. 

Restock necessary supplies for efficient guest service. 

What are we looking for?

EDUCATION 

High School diploma or equivalent, preferred 


EXPERIENCE 

Prior food and beverage / busperson experience, preferred  


LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES 

Food Handler Card, preferred
