Job Description:
As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you will oversee data migration strategies and lead cross-functional teams to đảm bảo successful project execution. As a Manager, you will engage with business stakeholders to establish practices in data governance and harmonization, while fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency.

Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 7 years of experience in SAP Data Migration preferred
· Proven experience in end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects
· Hands-on delivery experience in system conversion projects
· Designing and implementing ETL solutions using SAP Data Services
· Leading cross-functional teams and establishing migration frameworks
· Engaging with business stakeholders on data governance
· Skilled in mapping functional objects to technical migration rules
· Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and validation processes
· Additional Responsibilities: Engaging with business stakeholders on data governance, harmonization, and migration strategy
