Responsibilities
· A strong interest and passion for development (4+ years’ experience)
· Awareness of the banking and finance industry, trends and threats (technology, products, regulatory environment) ‘
· Be able to balance the often-competing priorities of quality, time and scope with a well-considered approach
· Experience sharing knowledge with peers
· Quality assurance of the work delivered through various techniques
· Delivering and releasing for Internet Banking
· Contribute to the improvements of codebase, and methodology for Internet Banking
· Working in an Agile scrum team and participating in all applicable ceremonies
What will you bring?
· 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking Domain.
· Frontend Development using TypeScript and the React framework to build dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
· A good understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles is necessary.
· Unit and UI Testing to ensure reliability, functionality, and a seamless user experience.
· Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is fundamental for building the structure, styling, and interactivity of web pages.
· Build robust backend services using Python or Java and frameworks such as Express.js.
· Knowledge on database like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
· Must have ability to design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs.
· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration/deployment practices
· Writing and refactoring clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.
· Managing code through source version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
· Conducting peer code reviews to maintain quality and consistency across the codebase.
· Working effectively in an agile environment, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement.
· Possess the ability to operate at all levels communicating and collaborating well to solve problems and influence change
· Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership when needed, coupled with excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
· Experienced in building shared frontend tooling and platforms, with a future-focused mindset and a strong interest in exploring emerging technologies
· Bring a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to sharing knowledge across teams, coupled with a positive, can-do attitude and a pragmatic approach to achieving results
Mandatory Skill Sets
· ICP-ACC (ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching)
· Proven experience in agile coaching across multiple teams or departments
· Strong facilitation, mentoring, and training skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Skill Sets Agile Coach ( FS domain)
