Job Description and Summary

·Conversational AI design and development, preferably with Dialogflow CX or similar platforms (Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa).

· Proven ability to design and implement complex conversational flows, including multi-turn dialogues, conditional routing, and error handling.

· Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts such as intents, entities, training phrases, and annotations.

· Ability to construct and optimize intents, entities, and parameters for high accuracy and coverage.

· Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, JSON, and webhooks for backend connectivity.

Responsibilities:

· Experience working with large datasets of conversational interactions for labeling and training purposes.

· Ability to analyze conversation logs to identify gaps, improve coverage, and enhance user experience.

· Proficiency in writing clear, structured API documentation, including endpoints, schemas, authentication, and error handling guidelines.

· Ability to create integration guides for client teams and maintain version-controlled documentation.

· Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX console, coverage tools, and annotation platforms.

· Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and design tools such as Miro or Lucidchart for flow visualization.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, client teams).

· Ability to translate business requirements into conversational design and technical specifications.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality.

·Years of Experience required- 4–8 years of hands-on experience
