Job OverviewCiti’s US in-house creative agency is looking for an Operations Lead to work with a cross-discipline team of creative talent to assist with workflow and process enhancements and capacity and metrics reporting.
This position requires a proven record of success in operations and business management in an agency environment. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Analytical expert – Combing through creative metric and performance data, identifying and proactively shifting workload as neededCollaborative partner – Partnering with Creative Operations Manager and other stakeholders to equip the team with best operational practices for delivering top tier creativesStrategic visionary – Identifying and implementing fresh ideas and process improvements to further elevate the agency’s efficiencies and help retain and grow in-house talentEnthusiastic presenter – Contextualizing team metrics and adapting presentation based on the audience Client advocate – Ensuring all checks and balances are in place for assets produced in-house and enhance partner experienceTech Savvy – Understanding the requirements of team roles and deliverables to ensure they have the proper equipment to do their jobs effectivelyKey Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the in-house agency is to provide their partners with innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines, the client's central messaging and ADA compliance.
The Operations / Metrics Lead is specifically responsible for:
Point of contact for team member onboarding Collaborate with Creative Operations Manager to identify inefficiencies and proactively refine and implement processes to streamline creative work to contribute to long-term agency visionEnsure day-to-day operations run seamlessly; maintaining team access to appropriate technology and softwarePoint of contact with stakeholders for workflow enhancement implementation and compliance reportingMaintain updates and organization across process and system documentsFacilitate transfer and upload of final assets to vendorsServe as backup to the Creative Operations Manager for team metrics, capacity, financial and business tasks, workflow system enhancements, etc. Conduct brainstorming sessions in a team setting to routinely improve internal user experience, balancing with partner experience and business requirementsParticipate in project kickoff meetings, internal reviews and client presentation calls to ensure working knowledge of team’s scopeDemonstrate Citi’s purpose of making every client’s progress our passionQualifications:
6+ years of business control operations and metrics reporting experience Advanced English skills is required, all process will be 100% in English. Agency experience (in-house agency experience is a plus)Self-motivated with proven commitment to quality and attention to detail to drive change and effectively collaborate to implement process improvementsDemonstrated project management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, business and communication skills, alongside the proven ability to collaborate and influence cross functional stakeholders and partnersProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS ExcelExperience with workflow systems and data analysisExcellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasiveKeen sense of urgency and eagerness for ownershipWork well under pressure and in tight deadlinesComfortable in ambiguous situations; self-starter and self-learnerPromote a strong culture of teamwork across organizational boundariesSuccessful experience partnering with clients and senior leaders with strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projectsAbility to adhere to a process calendarAbility to successfully collaborate with local and remote team membersStrategic thinking with the ability to untangle complex issuesEducation:
