ARS Rescue Rooter is seeking a In-Home HVAC Sales Representative. Earn $75,000 - $120,000+ annually based on performance*, while working for the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.

Responsibilities

As a In-Home HVAC Sales Representative you will:

Meet with homeowners to assess and quote HVAC systems for their home.You’ll present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently. What You Need As a In-Home HVAC Sales Representative:

Prior residential in-home sales experienceOne-call-close experience strongly preferredHVAC knowledge preferred (required in some locations)Valid driver’s license with clean driving recordMust pass background check and drug screeningAbility to enter attics, crawlspaces, and work evenings/weekends as neededExcellent communication and customer engagement skills
