Job Description: We are looking for Director level.
Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities: Own end-to-end enterprise architecture across Adobe Experience Cloud with deep expertise in Content Supply Chain. Advise senior client stakeholders (CMO, CIO, CDO) on CX, content, and personalization transformation. Lead strategy, visioning, and solutioning engagements aligned to measurable business outcomes. Drive content lifecycle modernization across planning, creation, governance, delivery, and measurement. Ensure delivery excellence through strong architectural governance, risk, security, and compliance oversight. Guide cross-functional teams across AEM, data, integrations, analytics, and GenAI solutions. Identify and shape account expansion opportunities across Adobe and broader MarTech landscape. Partner with account leadership to build pipeline and close strategic deals. Lead or support pre-sales, RFPs, estimates, and value articulation. Build and mentor high-performing teams and establish reference architectures and accelerators. Required Skills & Experience: Deep expertise across Adobe Experience Cloud, with strong focus on Content Supply Chain (AEM Sites & Assets, Workfront, Creative Cloud, Firefly). Proven enterprise solution architecture experience delivering large-scale MarTech transformations. Strong client advisory skills, engaging senior stakeholders (CMO, CIO, Digital leaders). End-to-end delivery leadership with focus on quality, security, and enterprise governance. Demonstrated ability to mine accounts and drive revenue growth across strategic MarTech areas. Hands-on experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses. Solid understanding of content lifecycle, personalization, and omnichannel experience. Strong people leadership with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
