**Job Description** Jako **Inżynier/ka Procesu** będziesz mieć ogromny wpływ na nasze procesy i metody pracy oraz będziesz aktywnie kształtować kulturę ciągłego doskonalenia (Continuous Improvement) Mondelez. **Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:** + Opracowywanie projektów mających na celu poprawę wydajności i jakości procesów + Zapewnienie odpowiedniej wydajności, niezawodności i stabilności procesu w celu rozwiązania kluczowych strat procesowych dla obszaru odpowiedzialności + Projektowanie i definiowanie krytycznych parametrów procesu dla nowych linii produkcyjnych lub technologii + Wspieranie tworzenia mapy strat w dziale (uwzględniających straty procesowe, techniczne, organizacyjne i kompetencyjne) **Nasze wymagania:** + Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane techniczne oraz kierunki: chemia, biochemia, technologia spożywcza lub pokrewne + Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej + Znajomość technologii procesów produkcji; preferowane w przemyśle spożywczym oraz urządzeń i procesów technicznych stosowanych w tej branży + Znajomość zagadnień i procedur związanych procesami produkcji + Umiejętności doskonalenia ciągłości procesów produkcyjnych + Znajomość narzędzi analitycznych i analizy danych + Bardzo dobry język angielski (min.
