Scope of Responsibilities:

Identifying areas requiring improvement and analyzing operational processes,Executing continuous improvement projects based on Lean tools and optimization methodologies,Implementing process improvements and updating work documentation and standards,Monitoring process indicators and preparing efficiency reports,Collaborating with operational teams to ensure effective execution of optimization initiatives.

Requirements / Competencies:

Higher technical education or final-year student status in technical fields such as Production Engineering, Quality Management, Automation, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines,Basic knowledge of preparing 2D/3D technical documentation (e.g., SolidWorks),Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,English language proficiency enabling effective communication,Knowledge of Lean Management principles, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies,Lean Green Belt or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certifications are an advantage,Familiarity with process analysis tools (VSM, SIPOC, FMEA, DMAIC),Ability to work with data and interpret key process performance indicators (KPIs),Ability to work with industry standards and apply them in practice.
