Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall operational support and inventory management of assigned Post Sales SPLUS clients.  Day-to-day customer contact for business requirements, operational process development and documentation, escalation management and RCCA review, special projects/requests, and inventory management.  Has multiple accounts of average complexity and provides backup support for other employees as needed.
