Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech . **We are searching for the best talent for an Import** **&** **Export Specialist role** **(** **Temporary position for** **7** **-** **10** **months** **)** **to join our Deliver and Logistics team in Shefayim, Israel.** **You will be responsible for:** + **Full import/export cycle management:** From supplier paperwork to final warehouse intake. + **Customs coordination:** Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders, track file creation and customs clearance, and approve invoices. + **Supplier communication:** Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and coordinate delivery timelines. + **Returns management:** Handle export processes for returns in case of product complaints. + **Discrepancy resolution:** Manage mismatches such as surpluses, shortages, or damaged stock. + **Cross‑functional collaboration:** Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments. + **Inventory accuracy:** Ensure proper documentation, transaction execution, and record‑keeping within ERP systems. + **Data and reporting:** Utilize BI tools to support monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications / Requirements:** + Academic degree — preferably Industrial Engineering & Management or Logistics _(advantage)_ + At least 2 years of experience in import/export — required + **Experience** in inventory or logistics — preferred + Hands‑on experience with **ERP systems** — required + Experience working with **BI systems** — advantage + Strong verbal and written English — required + High computer literacy and strong command of MS Office + Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) **Required Skills:** **Preferred Skills:** Business Behavior, Data Analysis, Detail-Oriented, Digital Supply Chain Management, Distribution Management, Document Management, Execution Focus, Issue Escalation, Order Management, Performance Monitoring, Project Management, Safety-Oriented, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Transportation Management, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Transportation Security
