We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Coordinator who can efficiently manage import documentation, reconcile piece counts, and ensure accurate data entry. The ideal candidate will be adept at updating arrival notice information, tracing freight, and assisting with Cargowise system filters.
ResponsibilitiesDetermine the pertinent parts of import documentation.Reconcile piece counts accurately.Perform accurate data entry and update arrival notice information.Trace freight as needed and assist with updating Cargowise system filters.Create Delivery Orders and Delivery Instructions as needed.Obtain quotes from truckers, warehouses, and related service providers.Maximize profit margins for the department and arrange the necessary equipment for deliveries.Obtain Proof of Delivery and reconcile any disputed delivery charges.Assist Import Customer Service Representatives with daily functions as needed.Clean-up Cargowise system filters as required.

This position requires working 100% onsite in an office environment. The candidate should maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while being able to efficiently handle office tasks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
