Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo: Coordinar las operaciones de Exportación de manera adecuada y precisa  cumpliendo con las reglas de comercio Exterior.

Coordinar y dar seguimiento a despachos aduanales de Exportación de todas las aduanas

Cierres de consolidados de Exportación

Registro de Archivo Pedimentos (Expediente Digital) de Exportación

Validación Pedimentos vs Datta Stage

Ingreso de facturas de Agentes Aduanales a Finanzas para su respectivo pago.

Estructura de Materiales

Valoración Aduanera Incoterms

Manejo de CTM Constancias de Transferencia de mercancías con las armadoras que no las emiten para su respectivo cambio de régimen.

Elaboración de layout de carta porte para transportistas de clientes,(Manejo de portales para subir documentación)

Exportación de Activo Fijo o retorno de materiales 

Coordinación de charter  para despacho aduanal de exportación

Revisión de Estado de cuenta PECE

Anexo 24 Registro y Actualizaciones 

Conciliación de Exportaciones sin descargar

Valoración Aduanera Incoterms para exportación

Reporte de Importaciones y Exportaciones DIOT

Coordinar operaciones virtuales con proveedores Nacionales

Revisión de Estados de cuenta de Agentes Aduanales

Actualización de encargos conferidos para Broker de Clientes

REQUERIMIENTOS BÁSICOS

Licenciatura/Ingeniería. IIS, IMA, LAE

Experiencia: En aduanas, mínima de 3 años (Preferentemente)

Inglés avanzado
