Role Overview
This role is part of the Hospitality Business Unit and focuses on implementing hotel technologies such as POS, key systems, reservation platforms, connectivity, and guest-experience solutions.
Projects are primarily across LAD, working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation project.
Coordinate all project requirements including scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and budget.
Act as the single owner of project execution until handover to support/operations.
Manage client relationships throughout implementation and serve as the primary point of contact.
Ensure successful deployment of interfaces.
Drive project governance: status reporting, escalation management, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate internal technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders across LAD.
Support invoicing and administrative follow-up when required as part of project execution.
Ensure minimal service disruption and prioritize system uptime for hotel operations.
Manage project closure and handoff to support and customer success teams.
Occasionally support weekend implementations when required.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in project implementation roles.
Background in hospitality operations, hotel technology, or tourism service systems.
Experience implementing hotel systems strongly preferred.
Solid project management experience; PM certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of the criticality of system uptime in hotel operations.
Experience handling escalations and driving resolution with clients and internal teams.
