Overview

Job Purpose

 

The Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology’s Data & Document Automation solution participates through the full project lifecycle by understanding client business and technical requirements, developing solutions, configuring, and testing.  The Consultant is the day-to-day resource that works with customer resources to deliver and/or consult on the overall solution. 

 

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design, configure, document, test, and provide post-implementation support Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendationsInteract with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needsLead client sessions, drive consensus, and manage projects to completionConduct user testing and training Work closely with the client’s project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support.

 

Knowledge and Experience

3+ years of experience in consultingMortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plusKnowledge of loan origination solutionsExcellent communication and writing skillsExcellent problem solving and time management skillsWork in a cross-team collaboration modelWillingness to travel to client sites as needed
