As a Business Manager Senior Associate within the Impact Banking team, you will optimize business performance by promoting key initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to the Head of Impact Banking & Advisory and the Head of Diverse Businesses, with responsibilities that include identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. This dynamic role adapts to the evolving priorities of the business.
Job responsibilities
Provide a high level of responsiveness to ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysisOrganize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques, creating wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboardsCreate both quantitative and qualitative business intelligence, insights, and analytics for business reviewFunction as a point of contact in the business, coordinating requests across various corporate functions including coordinating team activities and preparing materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessionsSupport data, analysis, and reporting initiatives, including developing new tools and reports to help drive business strategy and optimize business performanceCommunicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next stepsProject manage and deliver key work streams and tasksIdentify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controlsSupport audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; help drive specific action plans and deliverablesCollect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePointParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related areaPrior experience in Business Management or COO roleProven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholdersAttention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellenceDemonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaExcellent communication, organization and project management skillsAbility to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisionsIntermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independenceExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong time management and prioritization skills
