About the role
In this leadership role as the Immunology Lead Sweden, you will orchestrate all activities of the Local Patient Value (LPV) unit and lead the franchise at the country level. You will translate deep therapeutic expertise and ecosystem knowledge into powerful strategies that advance UCB’s immunology objectives and elevate patient value across Sweden. You will ensure that local strategies reflect global and Nordic priorities while fostering strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, patient organizations, and internal ecosystem teams.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with internal local patient value unit colleagues, scientific leads, area heads, and external stakeholders such as KOLs, clinics, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
What will you do
Demonstrate motivational, inclusive cross-functional leadership built on UCB’s Patient Value Strategy.Shape strategy and drive execution of patient value plans.Build partnerships across the Swedish healthcare ecosystem.Deliver performance, forecasting, and compliance excellence.Be an active contributor in Immunology Nordic Leadership TeamDevelop and manage key processes to gather insights to pro-actively manage the complexity of and relevant value drivers in the ecosystem

Extensive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.A visionary and ambitious leader with strong strategic muscle, and several years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teamsLanguages: Swedish & EnglishDeep understanding of the Swedish healthcare ecosystem and key value driversStrong strategic planning, business acumen and analytical skillsDemonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement and collaborationStrong communication skills and customer focusAbility to develop and coach individuals and team to joint accountability and high performance
