About the role

In this leadership role as the Immunology Lead, you will orchestrate all activities of the Local Patient Value (LPV) Unit in Denmark/Norway. You will be responsible for the strategic and financial goals, ensure optimal access, operational excellence, and build long-term partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. You will ensure that local strategies reflect global and Nordic priorities while fostering strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders, patient organizations, and internal ecosystem teams.

 

Who you’ll work with

You will collaborate with internal local patient value unit colleagues, scientific leads, area heads, and external stakeholders such as KOLs, clinics, payers, and patient advocacy groups.

 

You will do:

Demonstrate motivational, inclusive cross-functional leadership built on UCB’s Patient Value Strategy.Develop and execute ecosystem strategies based on deep insights and local healthcare dynamics.Ensure implementation of the Patient Value Plan across medical, commercial, and market access activities.Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.Stay up to date on clinical, scientific, market access and policy developments in the Danish/Norwegian healthcare ecosystem.Lead by example to ensure a culture of compliance and patient value.Coach and develop LPV members to meet UCB’s strategic talent needs.

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:

Extensive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industryA visionary and ambitious leader with strong strategic muscle, and several years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead cross-functional and matrix teamsLanguages: Danish & EnglishDeep understanding of the Danish healthcare ecosystem and key value driversStrong strategic planning, business acumen and analytical skillsDemonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement and collaborationStrong communication skills and customer focusAbility to develop and coach sales teams, driving joint accountability and high performance
