The role:
This position entails comprehensive management of end-to-end inhouse business visa processes across multiple regions for all countries, with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC Key responsibilities include guiding employees through business visa procedures, addressing related queries, and preparing essential documentation such as application form, invitation and cover letters for both employees and clients The role also involves supporting USA business visas, conducting interview preparation sessions for B-1 visa applicants, and supporting U.S.-based individuals applying for Indian e-business or paper visas Coordinating specialized visa processes for Latin American countries—particularly Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico—by liaising with local authorities and consulates as needed Validating and approving Vendor Invoices.
What you’ll bring:
Ability to handle Business Visa (BV) processing end‑to‑end in‑house Education: Postgraduate qualification is required as a minimum Strong communication skills and responsiveness in handling emails Ability to manage high volume of work and perform effectively under pressure.
