**Immediate Hirring For 15$/hr Production Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment, including the coiling machine, hose puller, hose accumulator, and turntable. You will also be responsible for applying ferrules and inserts to hose coils, crimping hose ends, operating the strapping machine, applying retail packaging to products, and operating automatic box-tapers. A key aspect of this role includes maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate coiling machine, hose puller, hose accumulator, and turntable. + Apply ferrules and inserts to hose coils. + Crimp hose ends and operate the strapping machine. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Capability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day. + Experience in production, general labor, packaging, assembly, manufacturing, and warehouse environments. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a profit-sharing plan upon becoming direct hires. Overtime is optional and based on a first-come, first-served sign-up sheet, available before and after shifts, as well as on weekends. The environment supports both production and forklift operations with respective compensations. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25/hr.
