**Immediate Hirring For Production Worker $16-17/HR** We are hiring **Production Associates** to join our team in East Moline, IL. This role involves working in various warehouse departments such as Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, and Shipping. You’ll be responsible for pulling copper tubing and pipe for shipment to major retailers, ensuring products are accurately prepared for dispatch. **Key Responsibilities** + Move pipe to pick locations + Pull and fulfill orders + Barcode, label, bundle, and wrap pipe + Cut pipe according to cut sheets + Segregate and identify scrap materials + Prepare products for shipment + Load and unload trucks **Essential Skills** + General production and labor experience + Proficiency with hand tools and machinery + Inventory management + Shipping and receiving + Assembly, labeling, and packaging **Preferred Qualifications** + Minimal warehouse experience preferred (but not required) + Willingness to learn and cross-train **Why Join Us?** + **First Shift Hours:** Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule + **Growth Opportunity:** Minimal experience required with room to advance + **Incentive Pay:** After 1–3 weeks of cross-training, earn an additional: + 💲2.00/hr for Tier 1 + 💲3.00/hr for Tier 2 **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
