environment as a Production Associate. In this role, you will support

daily manufacturing operations through assembly, inspection, packing, picking,

and quality tasks. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude,

experience using hand/power tools, and the ability to thrive while rotating

between different work cells.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Assemble sub‑components of motors

✔️Perform quality checks on parts

✔️Clean metal parts to remove protective oils

✔️Pick and pack items for production or shipping

✔️Move between various production cells as needed

✔️Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

🛠️ Required

Qualifications

🏗️ Previous manufacturing or production experience

💪Ability to stand for 8 hours

🖥️Ability to read and follow computer‑based instructions

⏱️Strong attendance and punctuality

👍Positive attitude and willingness to learn

⚡Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

🗣️Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English

⏰ Schedule & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay: $17–$18 per hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
