Job Description
The Assembler will engage in manual labor as part of a production line, focusing on assembling parts for satellite systems.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the production team to assemble satellite sub-assembly parts manually.Sort and place materials or items on tables, racks, or bins.Utilize various hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment for assembly.Clean assembled parts and pack them in protective bags or boxes.Seal and move packed boxes efficiently.Pick up, move, and sort small parts using small tools and jigs.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Essential SkillsProficiency in assembly and blueprint reading.Experience with wiring and assembly processes.Skillful use of hand tools and power tools.Ability to work with sheet metal.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Associates degree or certificate in a technical field preferred.Assembly or manufacturing experience necessary.High aptitude for working with small electronics, including soldering of electrical components.Experience in the space or aeronautical field is advantageous.Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or Non-Citizen eligible to work for any employer.Why Work Here?

The role requires working in a clean room environment where smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers are mandatory to maintain hygiene standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
