Job Title: Welder

Pay Range: $20/hr – $22/hr (Weekly pay)

Shift: 1st shift

Job Description:

Perform repair welds on parts missed by robotic welders, support production efficiency, and ensure high-quality output for warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:Repair welding on missed partsSet up jigs and fixturesOperate equipment to meet production standardsUse measuring tools for quality checksMaintain records and clean work areaFollow instructions for die and equipment operationsPerform fixture setups, buffing, spot welding, MIG weldingLoad jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework partsRequired Skills:Proficiency in MIG weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience in manufacturing or farming-related weldingAdditional Qualifications:Machine loading experience is a plusReliable attendance and punctualityMust pass a MIG weld testWork Environment:Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facilityHot in summer, cool in winterWhy Work Here:Entry-level opportunity with growth potentialInvolvement in major projects including collaborations with AmazonSupportive team and expanding company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr.
