Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

This role involves performing various tasks such as cycle counts, data entry, forklift driving, saw operation, and computer systems management with a strong emphasis on safety at all times.

ResponsibilitiesConduct cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.Enter data into computer systems efficiently.Operate forklifts to transport materials safely.Utilize saws for cutting materials as needed.Maintain high safety standards in all tasks.Essential SkillsProficiency in forklift operation.Strong warehouse experience.Experience as a material handler.Computer knowledge and math reading skills, including ruler usage.Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory control.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RF scanning and water jet equipment.Ability to read blueprints and understand construction processes.Experience in shipping and receiving.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The production facility is a warehouse setting with high expectations for production numbers and efficiencies. It employs 150-160 full-time employees. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, steel-toed shoes, and PPE provided by the employer. Shifts are structured as follows: 1st (6am-2pm), 2nd (2pm-10pm), and 3rd (10pm-6am), with employees required to work 7 days a week for at least the next 3 months, receiving 1 Sunday off per month.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $20.20/hr.
