Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Operator
Job Description

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. You will work both individually and as part of a team to deliver consistent work and report accurate information promptly. Success in this role requires producing timely, high-quality output that meets company quality and production standards while demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and conducting safety checks.Set up and operate production machines according to established procedures and guidelines.Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards.Conduct regular in-process inspections for quality control.Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments during production.Record production data, machine settings, and product quality data.Follow safety protocols and proper PPE use to ensure a safe working environment.Consistently meet production requirements.Maintain a safe and clean work area.Adhere to company rules and participate in cross-training and other training requirements.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation.Basic computer skills for entering activities in ERP systems.Mechanical aptitude and inspection skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to speak and read English effectively.Capability to read and interpret gauges, safety rules, MSDS, and manuals.Ability to stand for an 8–10-hour shift.Prior experience preferred, but not required.Good verbal and written communication skills.Strong time management capabilities.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
