Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a medical device assembler where you will play a critical role in assembling and testing medical devices. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMicroscope experience.Small part assembly skills.Strong communication skills.Minimum of 6 months high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.High School Diploma or Equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in medical device assembly.Cleanroom experience.Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.Ability to work with hand tools.Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment 100% of the time, where you will be stationed closely with your team. Flexibility is required, with shifts starting as early as 5:00am and willingness to work on Saturdays when needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
