**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will play a crucial role in our order fulfillment process. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. You will be responsible for completing orders and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. **Responsibilities** + Perform packaging and palletizing of products. + Manually pick items using a pick sheet, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Utilize picking lists to retrieve products from designated areas. + Operate with urgency to support quality control inspections and loading. + Adhere to company protocols for order picking, handling, and documentation. + Maintain an organized and secure workspace in accordance with safety procedures. + Report any safety issues or inconsistencies promptly. + Collaborate effectively with the Quality Control team for inspections. + Notify supervisors of stock discrepancies to avoid delays. + Inspect and test material handling equipment for functionality. + Work mandatory overtime as required. + Comfortable climbing a 20-foot ladder for high shelf picking. + Lift up to 50lbs as part of regular duties. + Assist in building pallets and shrink wrapping. + Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Order picking, forklift operation, order pulling. + Proficiency with RF Scanners and manual order picking. + Ability to read English for working off pick sheets. + Capability to lift 50lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with sit-down forklifts is advantageous. + Willingness to work long shifts and mandatory overtime. + Ownership of steel-toed boots. **Why Work Here?** This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth, with potential pathways into sales or quality roles. The work environment can be hot during summer months and involves a 2nd shift schedule from 4pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime is required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
