Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Wash vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents.Pre-wash and rinse soiled vehicles to prepare for detailing.Inspect vehicles to assess cleanliness and overall condition.Move vehicles safely and efficiently around the lot.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Sense of humor and enthusiasm for creating a great customer experience.Goal-oriented and able to work independently.Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to inclement or extreme weather conditions.Work Environment & Culture:You’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team that values creativity, collaboration, and hard work. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
