Location: South Deerfield, MA

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMCompetitive pay with shift differentials ($19-$24.50/hr varies based on experience)About the Role

Aerotek is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Assemblers. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with materials and blueprints to build high-quality products, perform inspections, and contribute to a fast-paced production environment. Whether you're working in IMC or Roto Assembly, you’ll be part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

IMC Assembly

Rotate between different stations on the assembly lineRetrieve products from the conveyor and adjust internal liningsAssemble handles and pinsInsert foam, package products, and prepare for shipment

Roto Assembly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.20/hr.
