You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
+ Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
+ Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
+ Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
+ Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

+ Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment

+ Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process
+ Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
**More about this role**
+ This Manufacturing Excellence position is a key leadership role on the path to becoming a Line Lead. The primary focus is on driving continuous improvement and achieving manufacturing excellence through the strategic targeting of SQCDSM (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Morale) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the optimization of the process bill of materials (BOM) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
+ **S** **QCDSM KPI Management:**
+ Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale.
+ Monitor and analyze KPI performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
+ Lead initiatives to enhance safety protocols, improve product quality, reduce costs, ensure timely delivery, promote sustainability, and boost employee morale.
+ **Continuous Improvement Initiatives:**
+ Identify and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.
+ Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on continuous improvement principles and techniques.
+ Implement best practices and standardize processes across the manufacturing
+ **Skills & Competencies:**
+ Technical Expertise:
+ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
+ Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
+ Experience with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., statistical process control, root cause analysis).
+ Familiarity with process bill of materials (BOM) management and optimization.
+ Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
+ Ability to identify and analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and implement effective action plans.
+ Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
+ Capacity to think critically and challenge the status quo.
+ Leadership & Communication:
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and management.
+ Ability to influence and persuade others to support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Project Management:
+ Experience managing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
**Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's in Engineering (Industrial/Eelectrical/Mechanical)
**Travel requirements:** Job is based at Plant, Hub Baluchistan.
