We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Tech team at MMC Corporate. This role will be based in Pune/Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Principal Engineer - Applications Development

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer
Should have at least “On track” or above in last appraisal
Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
Should not have applied for any other IJP within Marsh McLennan in the last 3 months
We will count on you to:
Manage the deliverables as per the timelines and standards set with the stakeholders.
Follow development & programming best practices.
PHP 7.0+ and experience in JQuery (v3.0 & above) & JavaScript.
MySQL
Zend/Laravel & PHPUnit.
RESTFull/SOAP API.
Hands-on in designing front end using HTML5, CSS –LESS/SASS, Bootstrap will be desirable.
Experience/knowledge in GIT/GITHUB and JIRA/ADO will be helpful.
Knowledge in OOP concepts; should understand & follow best practices.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
