**103569BR** **Job Title:** Identity and Access Management Lead - Erlanger, KY **Department/Function:** Information Technology **Job Description:** **Identity and Access Management Lead - Erlanger, KY** We are seeking an **Identity and Access Management Lead** to assist in leading ADM Identity Governance and Administration workstreams. **Responsibilities:** + Oversee identity and access management tools and processes including 3 rd party partner support. + Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets including Dissatisfaction Survey remediation. + Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes. + Facilitate management of user accounts and permissions to systems, applications and data. + Oversee access reviews to ensure regulatory compliance. + Own response to audit findings and implementation of remediation measures. + Investigate incidents and where needed, follow through with the implementation of corrective actions. + Ensure 3 rd party compliance to required ADM service level agreements. + Work with senior leadership to ensure that the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data. + Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of Cyber Security experience + Strong knowledge with Microsoft consumer tools + Strong understanding of Identity Management and Access Control principles and practices + Experience with SOX regulatory requirements and NIST Identity Guidelines + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience leading diverse teams + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity + Willingness to participate to respond to incidents outside of regular business hours if necessary. + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
