We are growing at a rapid rate. With our recent acquisitions we are doubling in size and need to continue to build a world class team to support our internal customers in areas of Identity and Access Management that revolve around core identity platforms with a focus on OKTA and Microsoft.
Role
The Identity Integration Specialist is responsible for assisting in designing, supporting and optimizing IAM systems to ensure the integrity and availability of authentication, authorization, and identity related services. This position will work with peer service areas and technology owners globally in order to execute system integrations, changes, and will implement customizations to enhance system functionality in regard to identity life-cycle and security. This position must be able to provide Tier 3 technical support for resolving incidents, requests, integrating applications, and maintaining systems. This position must work effectively with managerial and technical team members in order to achieve defined goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert with identity life-cycle management, authentication, and provisioning services across all NTT DATA groups, including but not limited to: OKTA, Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, auto-provisioning, or related complex infrastructuresBuild and maintain OKTA WorkflowsPerform the configuration, development, and management of Identity services including things such as SSO related services, application integration, API development, OKTA workflow development, etc.Participate in activities to ensure that IAM systems are compliant with NTT DATA security policies and standardsProvide engineering support for complex projects that leverage NTT DATA Identity platforms, and perform root causes analysis on any system incidentsEnsure processing and response to IAM requests to deliver premium services to the organizationWorking in a global team supporting a global user communitySupport both enterprise and regional identity directories and the services they provide (Identity, application integration, replication, security, access mgmt, etc.)Work supporting various application owners and their needs as in pertains to OKTA integrationContinue to convert applications from our acquisitions over to our enterprise systemsWorking towards implementing an SSO philosophy for our on-premise and cloud-based applicationsSupport our growing OKTA portfolio of application integrations and Identity Engine designsSupport our MFA portfolio for increased securitySupport Azure applicationsSupport M&A activities as it relates to IAMAssist in scaling our Identity as a Service platform to businesses outside of NTT DATA
