The Access Control Team within Business Technology, RBC Global Asset Management (GAM) is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst to join our team. You will be managing user’s identities while provisioning access to corporate applications and information in compliance with RBC security standards, guidelines and procedures. What will you do?
Leveraging SailPoint to perform access management tasks for the Global Asset Management business
Reviewing, analyzing and fulfilling corporate identity and access requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols
Assessing and translating user requirements into actionable tasks to provide appropriate access to systems, applications and information.
Handling more complex assignments under close technical and managerial direction while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Contributing to ongoing improvements by identifying gaps, analyzing workflows, and recommending automation opportunities while maintaining Access Control Policies and documentation
Contributing the implementation of new access models for new applications.
Collaborating with IT Risk Team on audit activities and access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards
Designing and implementing ServiceNow automation workflows to streamline ticket-based processes, improving operational efficiency and team productivity
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience with IAM platforms and access management concepts
Proven experience with access provisioning and user lifecycle management processes
Proficiency with SailPoint, Active Directory, and ServiceNow platform
Expertise in managing permissions for SharePoint and NAS systems
Experience with PowerShell scripting and familiarity with Microsoft Visio
Nice to have:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certification or SailPoint Certification preferred

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
