Identity and Access Management Administrator
Our client, a dedicated non-profit organization, is seeking an Identity and Access Management Administrator to join their team. As a Identity and Access Management Administrator, you will be part of the Information Technology Division supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Identity and Access Management Administrator **Location:** Washington, DC (Hybrid schedule: 2 days a week in the office) **Pay Range:** Not specified **What's the Job?** + Manage user profiles, including access to groups, password resets, and multi-factor authentication resets. + Maintain standardized Organizational Units (OU) in Active Directory. + Support the administration and maintenance of identity and access management systems. + Collaborate with development teams for user and group management requests. + Respond to service requests within service level agreements (SLA). **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. + 5 years of experience with IT systems and support. + 2+ years of recent experience with identity and access management systems, preferably cloud-based. + Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, user provisioning, and password policies. + Ability to track and resolve issues using a ticketing system; experience with Jira is a bonus. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization. + Engage in meaningful work that enhances security and access management. + Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. + Gain experience with leading identity and access management technologies. + Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the organization.
