Job Summary:
As an IAM Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase in the Engineering Operations Team, you will own technology asset management and ensure software meets firmwide standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure software compliance with IAM and Privileged Access Management during onboardingSupport regulatory inquiries by providing documentation and insights on IAMCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to align IAM practices with control requirementsManage IAM operational risks and drive projects to closure

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in software engineering focused on IAM solutionsProficiency with RESTful API design and developmentFamiliarity with ADFS and federation identity management (e.g., SAML)Strong understanding of RBAC best practicesHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedProblem-solving attitude and effective time managementExcellent relationship-building skills, able to establish trust and credibilityComfortable working under pressure and managing ambiguity
