Being a Virgin Active Icon Personal Trainer

Support and guide other Personal Trainers by mentoring, sharing best practices, and helping to elevate standards across the club. Lead by example in professionalism, performance and values. Collaborate with leadership to contribute ideas, shape PT strategy that drives long-term growth. Develop and implement innovative training methods, tools, and client experiences that raise standards and enhance member results. Build and manage a consistent, high-performing client portfolio. Use data, insights and feedback to tailor experiences that deliver results and long-term value. Act as an ambassador of excellence, contributing to thought leadership via workshops, events, or content both in-club and externally. Continuously refine your skills, knowledge, and approach to maintain the highest levels of professionalism, innovation, and performance.

Qualifications

CIMSPA recognized Level 3 Personal Training Qualification Virgin Active Nutrition Level 4 Qualification Masters Degree or Equivalent Qualification/Specialism
